Return Policy


REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT ONLY IF ANY DAMAGE
COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST FOR ANY CLAIM

We have a 1-3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return*(conditions apply)

Damages and issues

Please review your order upon reception and contact us on the very same day (i.e. within 24 hours) the item got delivered, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be evaluated by us. (Kindly attach the photos AND the unboxing video clips of the damaged products before raising any request for Return/Exchange through Email)

Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn, fresh or new, with tags, and in its original packaging as received. You’ll also need to keep the receipt or proof of purchase. The item can only be returned / exchanged if the product is damaged or if it is not the item ordered from your end.

To initiate a product return, one can contact us at support@galagalimart.com. Items returned to our address without first requesting a return will not be taken.

 Refunds

  • The customer will be notified once we have received and examined your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Damaged Product – After we confirm the product as damaged, please return us back the Product to our address by courier within 48 hours.

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your provided payment method. Please remember refunded payment can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process.

Sale items

Only items under regular price can be refunded/exchanged, sale items are not taken back.
