Damages and issues
Please review your order upon reception and contact us on the very same day (i.e. within 24 hours) the item got delivered, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be evaluated by us. (Kindly attach the photos AND the unboxing video clips of the damaged products before raising any request for Return/Exchange through Email)
To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn, fresh or new, with tags, and in its original packaging as received. You’ll also need to keep the receipt or proof of purchase. The item can only be returned / exchanged if the product is damaged or if it is not the item ordered from your end.
To initiate a product return, one can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items returned to our address without first requesting a return will not be taken.

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your provided payment method. Please remember refunded payment can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process.
Only items under regular price can be refunded/exchanged, sale items are not taken back.
